You guys realize the last time we played them? We became 6-2 on the season and on our way to a BRUTAL stretch of football. 5 wins, 47 losses over the next 52 games in the 2007, 8, 9 and 10 season.

Brutal.

It'd be nice if we could put it to them the same way we did at Ford Field, but I'll be happy just with a win.

The Lions crushed them and left them writhing like worms on the hot cement. :applause:

Dominating in every way today. Who fancies we'll go 6-2 in 2nd half of season with stronger schedule to finish up 12-4?

I originally thought we'd finish 12-4, but after losing to the Falcons and 9ers I don't think so. Possibly 10-6. Hard to tell which team will show up. Dam, if we just had a strong running game.

Morris has looked decent the past two games. Rarely takes the 0 yard gain, usually finds a small gap and squeaks out a couple at worst. 3rd and 6 is so much more manageable than 3rd and 10.

Our remaining schedule is:

@ Chicago
Carolina
Green Bay
@ New Orleans
Minnesota
@ Oakland
San Diego
@ Green Bay

5 of 8 games are against Playoff teams. Considering how we shot ourselves in the foot against the niners and the falcons, it's hard to say what we'll do. Are we going to continue to struggle and self-destruct against good teams? Are we going to put it together and attack the way we did Monday Night?

I'd be pleasantly surprised if we went 6-2 again, with worst case being 4-4.

I want us to make the playoffs and somehow have to play against SF and Atlanta again. I'd love another shot at both of them.
