Jared Allen seems to be trying to get under the skin of the Lions players and fans, even before he gets here! Between bad-mouthing the city and claiming Stafford has "happy feet" under pressure, he is clearly trying to take advantage of the Lions' supposed tendency to be thin-skinned.

I am hoping the Lions players ignore his mouth and concentrate instead on eliminating that irritating calf-roping schtick from his post-sack routine...........

Most opponents draw a certain amount of ire from me. Not Jared Allen. He's just too much of a clown to take any of this too seriously. To be honest, I wish he was a Lion, probably more than any other player in the NFL. Amazing talent, overactive sense of humor, incapable of being politically correct.
